Pathways
Local Management Entity manages developmental disability, mental health and substance abuse
services for the citizens of Cleveland, Gaston and Lincoln counties. We contract with a
network of high-quality providers throughout the three counties to deliver professional care
designed around the consumer's individual needs.
This website is designed to help you find valuable information about services available for
those with a developmental disability, mental illness or substance abuse/addiction problem.

| ATTENTION IPRS PROVIDERS-MANDATORY TRAINING IPRS Utilization Management Authorization Request Processes
will be changing effective February 15, 2012. Providers affected need to attend one of the
trainings offered on the following dates:
Jan 18 at 9:30 am
Jan 24 at 2:00 pm
Feb 7 at 9:30 am
All trainings will be held in the
Pathways Auditorium. It is mandatory that all IPRS providers attend one of the three trainings. If
