FAMILY GETTING SERVICESPathways Local Management Entity (LME) manages mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services for the citizens of Cleveland, Gaston, and Lincoln counties. We work with private agencies, known as providers that deliver care designed around the consumer's individual needs.

In July 2012, Pathways will merge with Crossroads Behavioral Healthcare and Mental Health Partners to form Partners Behavioral Health Management. Partners BHM will manage services over an eight county area—Burke, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Surry and Yadkin counties. In January 2013, Partners BHM will authorize, or approve the use of, Medicaid and state-funded mental health, intellectual, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services. To learn more about Partners BHM, visit www.PartnersBHM.org.
